It takes time and dedication to find a great babysitter. Many babysitting jobs advertised online get an overwhelming amount of responses, and going through all of those resumes, conducting interviews, and calling references can take weeks, if not months.

We make it easy and stress free to find a babysitter or nanny by personally referring only top-notch candidates that fit your family’s specific needs. We taking into account schedules, experience levels, personalities and childcare philosophies when making a recommendation.
Do you check references?
We keep transcripts of at least two childcare references on file for families to review. We ask an extensive list of questions over the phone to each reference, and only accept candidates with stellar feedback. We recommend that families also reach out to these references before making final hiring decisions. Learn more about how we screen candidates by reviewing our Screening Process.

Yes. All candidates undergo a National Criminal Background Check. These checks are kept on file for families to view upon request. Learn more about how we screen candidates by reviewing our Screening Process.
Are babysitters and nannies trained or CPR Certified?
We hold monthly CPR/First Aid trainings and social / educational meet-ups to discuss child development and provide ideas and support for the nannies and babysitters in our network. We require CPR certification for all infant babysitters. Learn more about how we screen candidates by reviewing our Screening Process.
