About Me

I am originally from Nashville, TN but came to New York while attending college and fell in love with the city and decided to permanently reside here! I graduated from Belmont University and currently hold a Bachelors of Arts degree. I grew up in the childcare industry along side my mother who owned and operated a 3 star home daycare for over 15 years. I have completed many childcare development courses and trainings, including certification in CPR and First Aid and will soon be certified as a Newborn Care Specialist. I have experience independently caring for twins and multiples from ages 0-13 years. Through my 8 plus years of combined experience working as a childcare provider and nanny in home settings, I have built my reputation and have been requested back by multiple families.

In my spare time, I love being active through dancing and working out and love art, music, and poetry. I have a valid passport and enjoy traveling, exploring new places and trying new foods. My favorite thing about being a childcare provider is being a teacher and mentor, encouraging creativity and watching children learn and grow.

I have professional childcare experience with…

Infants, Toddlers, Pre-school aged children, Elementary school aged children, Middle school aged children, Multiples

I will be SmartSitting while…

Taking newborn care specialist classes!

In 5 years, I hope to be…

Teaching and continuously working with people and children.

Activities & skills I love to teach & share with children…

Activities & skills I love to teach & share with children vary depending on age, gender, and the child’s personality, but generally include reading, arts and crafts and cognitive play to enhance their learning process.
