About Me

Since graduating from Manhattanville College in May of 2012, I was accepted into the masters program for Mental Health Counseling at Fordham University (Lincoln Center). I am currently completing my clinical internship with children/families at a foster care agency. While working with this population has posed many challenges, I have enjoyed the rewarding aspect of providing narrative and play therapy to children/adolescents and their families.

When working with children, I am devoted to providing both positive reinforcement and encouragement to enable a child’s social and emotional development. Additionally, I strive to provide structure and safety, while also permitting creative and imaginative play.

In my spare time, I find the time to practice yoga, as well as dance. I also enjoy using my creativity in the kitchen to create new and innovative dishes following a gluten-free and vegan diet.

I have professional childcare experience with…

Infants, Toddlers, Pre-school aged children, Elementary school aged children, Middle school aged children, Children with special needs, Multiples

I will be SmartSitting while…
