About Me

Since moving to New York City, I have found many meaningful forms of employment. I am a certified 500 hour yoga instructor, specializing in trauma-sensitive yoga teaching. Currently, I teach a free, weekly yoga class for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault and childhood abuse. I love my work, and I am excited to be in graduate school for my Masters of Social Work to deepen my qualifications.

When working with kids, I strive to create an environment where they feel respected, safe, and have fun. I have nannied for various families throughout the city, and cared for children of all ages, ranging from infants to teenagers. I am patient, creative, reliable, and I understand that the life of a caretaker is unpredictable. I love to cook, and I am always seeking a cozy coffee shop where I can enjoy reading novels, writing, and catching up with friends from all over the city. I am thrilled to be in NYC where I can fuse my passions of mind/body wellness, social justice activism, and work with youth.

I have professional childcare experience with…

Infants, Toddlers, Pre-school aged children, Elementary school aged children, Middle school aged children, Teenagers

I will be SmartSitting while…
