The family is looking for a SmartSitter who speaks Spanish who is interested in helping continue the children's bilingual journey. The family doesn't have any other family nearby so they are looking someone who will really be kind to the children and really care about them.

About the Children
Three kids will be in school at least part-time. Here is the child run down: boy, age 5 - He's in kindergarten. He is full of energy. He's really bright. He's really into building and puzzles. He's a maker and a builder. He's flexible with eating and likes lots of different types of food. girl, age 4 - She is the family's little budding artist. She is very into drawing, painting, and creating. She's very creative. She likes everything pretty and pink. She'll be in the older class of her preschool. The preschool is a Spanish immersion preschool. She will only eat rice, cucumbers, and chocolate. girl, age 2 - She's a little firecracker. She has to do everything her older brother does. She's flexible with meals and will eat different foods. She naps sometimes if the day has been exhausting. boy, 5 months old - He's the baby!
Mom is a SAHM and will split up responsibilities with the SmartSitter. In the mornings, it's all four kids until school drop off at 9 AM. The 2-year-old is off of school on Tuesdays and Thursdays and on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, she has a 12 PM pick up. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 7 AM - 8 AM, get kids ready to go out the door - feeding them and dress them. 8 AM everyone needs to get out the door. Two kids are going to preschool another child will go to kindergarten. 8 AM - 9 AM is the drop off and transit period. 9 AM - 9:30/9:45 AM, make sure the kids are settled and kids are logged with teachers at school. 10 AM, come home, prepare lunch for 2-year-old, prepare breakfast, lunch, meals for following day. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday there is a 12 PM pick up for 2-year-old. Come back, oversee lunch for the 2-year-old, potentially a nap. Tuesday and Thursdays, get all four kids ready. There are two school destinations in the morning. The 2-year-old and baby don't have to go so either mom will stay home with them or SmartSitter will stay home and mom will help with drop off. Mom will also need help with coordinating appointments, school drop offs, and an occasional date night.
