Hello SmartSitters! We are hiring a Booking Coordinator to join our Temp Team here in our Union Square office! This position is Monday through Friday, 12 PM - 9 PM. You will be working alongside Gabriella, a Booking Coordinator, and the other team in our office.
The Ideal Sitter for this Job
The ideal SmartSitter is tech savvy, friendly and professional, has impeccable attention to detail, and is extremely organized. The person is comfortable under pressure, doesn't fluster easily, and also happens to possess great written communication skills.
Monday to Friday, from 12-9 PM, with flexibility to shift to 7:30-4:30 PM several time/month with approval.
About the Children
This position involves working with SmartSitting families to confirm returning and new SmartSitters for temporary babysitting requests. It's important that you're comfortable speaking on the phone with families and SmartSitters as this is a huge part of the role. You are often their first point of contact with new temp families! It's also important you can manage a gmail inbox like a pro.
