Someone who is communicative and open with the family, giving them updates. Someone comfortable with mom being home before she goes back to work in April and dad being home at times as he works from home.

About the Children
boy, 11 months- Very easy going and smiley. He doesn't cry very much. He is so active and is already crawling and standing!
You'll arrive at the family's home and take over while mom and dad get to work. The baby usually naps at 10 and around 2:30 PM, so getting him onto a better schedule will be a work in progress. While he is napping, they can assist with tidying up and his laundry. He has classes during the week at the library and other local places. Otherwise, reading with him and running around with him. He is good at independent play so supervising and interacting with him. They would love for someone to talk to him as much as possible.
At least 1 year, longer if possible!
