From the parents, "We are looking for someone who is caring, diligent, and energetic. as there will mostly be overlap with our nanny, I would expect this person to spend more time with our older daughters than the baby. however, during the initial adjustment period I would expect a bit of everything as the older girls are more aware of new faces. down the road i would love some help with school work or workbook time with our school aged kids, maybe 30 or 45 minutes helping out through dinner, bath and bedtime. I would expect some light cleaning up of kids' dishes after dinner or perhaps folding of laundry, but not housework broadly speaking. We would want someone who communicates well and proactively, who helps us be the eyes and ears around children's friendships, school experiences, what is on their mind, etc."
