About me

I have been babysitting on and off since I was twelve, all throughout high school, college to today. I was a camp counselor for several summers at day camp and sleep away camp. I have always loved working with kids. They can be insightful, loving, challenging and hilarious all at the same time. Babysitting was what originally got me interested in studying child development when I was in college. This subsequently led me to work in autism research. I recently completed my Masters in Psychology, with a focus on child development. I enjoy working with children in an active, creative, and engaging way, and hope to instill my love of learning.

I have professional child care experience with...

  • Infants
  • Toddlers
  • Preschoolers
  • School-aged (K-5)
  • Preteen
  • Teenagers
  • Special Needs

I will be SmartSitting while...

Spending time with friends and family, doing yoga, running, cooking or baking.

In 5 years, I hope to be...

Working with children and families!

Activities & skills I love to teach & share with children...

Weather permitting, I love playing outside, especially in Central Park (one of my favorite places!). I also love art projects, cooking, and reading.
