Hourly Rates + Agency Service:
Easily fulfill your childcare needs while Smart Sitting handles all details related to the nanny’s hire
$64 per month for up to 20 hours of occasional and back-up care (20% service for regular arrangements >20 hours per month)
New York area Families: $30 hourly rate, paid directly to the caregiver
Traveling Families: $89 one-time access + $49 hourly rate includes caregiver rate, employment costs, and worker’s compensation; this competitive rate ensures tax compliance and strengthens industry professionalism
All placements are directly curated by a personal Family Specialist
Timesheet management and automatic deductions processed weekly via ACH or credit card
