End of Year SmartStars

The year 2021 is coming to a close, and it’s hard to believe this marks one full year of the SmartStars rewards program! As you know by now, Smart Sitting nannies and babysitters work for families through our backup care partnership with Bright Horizons, filling in when the families’ regular childcare is unavailable, and the SmartStars program is our way to recognize fantastic caregivers with cash bonuses. 

The program has been a huge success. 

SmartStars Year in Review

As of this tally, the total number of backup care hours booked in 2021 is 22,000 hours. For those caregivers participating, that translated to over $24,000 in bonus money this year! 

We are so proud of all the SmartSitters who continue to go above and beyond, both in their duties as backup caregivers and as nannies and babysitters in ongoing positions in the network. We couldn’t do this without you, and neither could your families!
