Referral Program FAQ’s

The referral bonus is $50 and it gets credited to the referrer when their friend or family signs on with us.
A new nanny or babysitter position is defined as a workplace in which a childcare specialist is employed by Smart Sitting or directly by a family to provide the highest level of customized childcare and to deliver consistent, personalized attention to the children in that household.
Referring a nanny, babysitter, or family to a position within our network qualifies the referrer for the applicable referral bonus.
The most important qualities we look for in everyone we work with are shared core values. We strive to be adaptable, consistently professional, genuinely supportive, and fully accountable in all we do. For prospective nannies and babysitters, we also consider a range of relevant qualifications and experience.
Once your referral is approved as a nanny or babysitter in our network, or when a family launches a new nanny or babysitter search, we will contact you directly with full details on how to earn your referral bonus.
